Mango Aamras / Mango Shrikarni

Make a yummy Mango Aamras dish to go with Poori and Chapathis. Simple to make and you can continue to savor this till the end of hte season

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Mangoes Raspuri or Sindhura variety mangoes preferred, but can you can use any other pulpy varieties as well.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Milk Low fat

How to make:
 

  • Peel skin of mangoes. Your hand, mash them into a pulp in a bowl
  • To this, add sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of milk
  • Mix well. The thickness should be a little more than that of Mango Juice and a little less than that of Mango milkshake
