Dal Kofta Recipe
Make this vegetarian version of Kofta with this easy recipe using Dal.
- 2 cups tur dal
- 7 nos green chilles chopped
- 3 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 pinch asafotida
- salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon spoon grated coconut
Soak tur dal over night. Then wash it thoroughly.
Grind it coarsely.
Then add chopped chilies, coriander leaves, grated coconut and cumin.
Then make small koftas (balls) with the mixture pressure-cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice dishes.
